Every Mehaci Order

Every Mehaci order is sealed, cushioned, and checked by hand before it leaves us — a scent should reach you as intact as the mood it carries. Here's exactly how your order travels to your door.

Where We Ship

For now, Mehaci ships across India, to every PIN code our courier partners can serve. We don't ship internationally yet. If a courier can't reach your PIN code, we'll write to you with an option — a nearby address, an alternative, or a full refund.

Order Processing

We pack and hand over most orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 4 PM IST, on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next working day. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately followed by a tracking link once dispatched.

These are estimated delivery timelines. Festivals, weather conditions, courier delays or unforeseen events may extend delivery times.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat ₹49 shipping fee.
  • Shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners powered by Shiprocket. Your shipment is automatically assigned to the fastest available courier based on your location.

Shipping Fragrances

Important: Attars and perfumes are classified as flammable products. Depending on aviation regulations, certain shipments may travel by road instead of air. Some remote PIN codes may only support prepaid delivery. Safety always comes before speed.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch. If tracking hasn't updated after this period, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number and PIN code are entered correctly. Couriers generally attempt delivery up to three times. Returned prepaid orders may be re-shipped (shipping charges may apply) or refunded after deducting courier costs. Repeated COD refusals may result in Cash on Delivery being disabled for future purchases.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government restrictions and other force-majeure situations may affect delivery timelines. Although we cannot control these situations, our team will always assist you in tracking and resolving your shipment.

Damaged Package

If your parcel appears damaged, opened or tampered with, kindly refuse delivery whenever possible and contact us within 48 hours along with photographs. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains the next steps.
