Return Policy

Fragrance is the most personal thing you'll ever wear — and it's exactly why we can't handle it like an ordinary return. The moment a bottle is opened, its scent becomes yours alone; it can't be resold or sent to anyone else. So our policy is built around the handful of situations where something genuinely went wrong on our side — and in those cases, we make it right, fully and quickly.

What We Replace or Refund

We'll replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged during transit, faulty because of a cracked bottle, broken cap or leakage, or if you receive a different fragrance, size or variant than the one you ordered.

The Unboxing Video (Required)

Important: For every damaged, leaking, faulty or wrong-item claim, we require one continuous unboxing video that begins before opening the parcel. The video should clearly show:
  • The sealed outer package.
  • The shipping label.
  • The complete unboxing process.
  • The issue found inside the parcel.
Without this video we won't be able to process the claim, as it serves as proof for both our quality team and courier partners.

How to Raise a Return Request

Step Action
1 Email houseofmehaci@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2 Share your Order Number, issue details, photographs and the complete unboxing video.
3 Our team will review your request within 1–2 working days.
4 If approved, we'll arrange a pickup (where service is available) or provide the return address.
5 After inspection, your replacement or refund will be processed.

Conditions for a Valid Return

  • Products should be returned in their original box and packaging.
  • The original seal, labels and accessories should remain intact.
  • Products should be unused except for identifying the manufacturing or transit issue.
  • Return requests must be submitted within the specified timelines above.

What We Can't Take Back

  • Opened or used perfume bottles unless they arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
  • Products returned because the fragrance did not match personal preference after opening.
  • Discovery sets, samples, testers, miniature bottles and gift sets sold as a complete set.
  • Personalised, customised or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance or Final Sale products specifically marked as "No Returns".
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidental breakage, heat exposure, direct sunlight or improper storage after delivery.
  • Claims submitted after the specified timeframe or without the required unboxing video.

Not the Scent You Hoped For?

A fragrance develops differently on every individual, making every scent experience unique. Because of this, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles based solely on fragrance preference. If you're trying a fragrance for the first time, we recommend choosing a discovery set or a smaller bottle (where available) and reading the fragrance notes carefully before purchasing a full-size bottle.
