Return & Refund Policy
Everything that governs cancelling, returning, replacing and refunding an order on www.mehaci.com in one place. This policy is the complete version of our return terms and determines how refunds are processed.
Order Cancellation
Email us at houseofmehaci@gmail.com with your Order Number before your order is dispatched and we'll cancel it.
- Prepaid orders receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- Mehaci reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, non-serviceable locations or suspected fraudulent activity.
When a Return or Replacement is Accepted
Returns and replacements are accepted only when:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The bottle is leaking.
- The product is faulty.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is provided.
The following are not eligible:
- Opened or used bottles.
- Change of fragrance preference.
- Discovery sets or samples.
- Personalised products.
- Final Sale items.
How to Start a Return
- Email houseofmehaci@gmail.com.
- Include your Order Number.
- Explain the issue.
- Attach the unboxing video.
- Attach product photographs.
Once approved, we'll arrange a free pickup where available or provide a return address. Please keep the original packaging and accessories until your request is completed.
Inspection Process
Every returned product is inspected before approval. If the returned bottle is found to be used, tampered with, missing accessories or inconsistent with the claim submitted, the refund or replacement request may be declined and the product returned to you.

After the refund has been initiated, the final credit depends on your bank or payment provider. You may also choose a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.
Refund Deductions
- Approved damaged, faulty or incorrect products receive a full refund including shipping.
- RTO, refused COD or failed delivery refunds are processed after deducting courier charges.
- COD handling fees and express shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

- Check the original payment method used.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
